In the jewellery trade, there is no universal price for repair work that needs to be done. Each jeweller sets their own fees. Before you set out to have the work completed on your jewellery, you do owe it to yourself to check out the prices at various locations. Prices do vary quite a bit.
Not all jewellery repairs are of the same quality and some repairs are more difficult than others, so it’s important to go to a trusted repair person. If your jewellery is under warranty, you’ll want to go back to the store you purchased the item from. If not under warranty, another option is to get a referral from someone you know, or go to a jeweller who guarantees their repairs.
Gold Reflections charges a fair rate for repairs. We charge our customers an affordable fee for the quality work we complete. We could charge more, however, we simply don’t believe in overcharging our clients. We stand behind all the work that we do.
